  • Bank deposit or transfer: (interbank commissions apply).
  • Cash: In case you choose this option, you must contact our offices to schedule an appointment.

All transfers or cash payments are made in US dollars.

It is necessary to have a passport and visa (minimum 6 months validity). Additionally, in the case of having a European passport, the ETA permit must be processed.

Furthermore, if the accompanying participant is a minor, it is necessary to process the SAM form, which must be stamped by immigration at airport offices.

Note: It is important to emphasize the WE DO NOT HAVE ANY INFLUENCE ON THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF THE VISA, NOR ON THE TIMELINE FOR OBTAINING THE APPOINTMENT.

We have a large and well-trained team of staff who accompany participants at all times, providing them with the appropriate security, not only in terms of physical integrity but also as support and guidance to orient them in different aspects that may arise during the trip.

All excursions will be supervised by the staff, ensuring that participants arrive and depart on time from all activities. Consequently, none of them will be able to leave the hotel or any other accessible place unless accompanied by the responsible adult.

The rooms are double occupancy. There are occasions when it is also possible to opt for triple or quadruple rooms. However, this will depend on the policies and availability of the hotel.

All our trips aim to promote independence, self-management, spontaneity, creativity, and individuality among participants. Therefore, parents cannot participate in our programs, as doing so would affect the logistics and expected outcomes.

Once your child’s participation is confirmed, you will receive a link to your email, which will redirect you to our portal for parents, where you can consult our service agreement.

Luggage, personal expenses, room service, label or embroidery on personal items, as well as meals within theme parks and airports, are not included.


No adult shares a room with minors. However, chaperones and staff members stay in adjacent or nearby rooms to ensure their care and safety.

All our participants have a valid travel insurance throughout their stay abroad, covering medical assistance, accident protection, and emergencies.

We have a highly qualified staff, medics or paramedics on all trips, prepared to care for and safeguard all participants.

Each trip date has the capacity to accommodate a minimum of 40 participants and a maximum of 200.

There is no late fee. However, when two months are overdue, we are obliged to cancel the registration of the participant.

All participants are accommodated in prestigious hotel chains that guarantee their comfort and pleasant stay.

The program is designed to accommodate participants from 12 to 18 years old.

If you require an invoice, we ask that you provide us with your tax information for its issuance. The invoice will be delivered upon completion of the payment program.

On all trips, minors are accompanied by medical staff or paramedics who will be vigilant to their care and health. Additionally, the program includes travel insurance, which covers emergencies in case other types of attention are required.

It is necessary to have knowledge of any medical condition the minor may have in order to analyze each case individually. This allows us to determine the special care that needs to be considered and whether our staff would be adequately trained to ensure their safety and well-being.

Within our service agreement, there is a clause stipulating zero tolerance towards bullying. Therefore, any participant who violates this policy and puts their own life and the lives of others at risk will be expelled from the program.

Our experience has shown that, on average, travelers spend between $200.00 and $300.00 dollars per week. However, there is no minimum or maximum, as it will depend on the economy of each family.

Our program offers the option to either book the flight through our agency or independently.

If you book the flight through the our agency, the cost does not include luggage, so you will have to pay $30.00 dollars or its equivalent in local currency at the counter for both the outbound and return flights, subject to change without prior notice.
